My wellness journey started when traditional medicine was unable to provide answers to my child’s health condition.

What started as independent research turned into 15 years of learning about and experimenting with lifestyle changes that have left my son, myself, and my entire family feeling healthier and happier than ever.

In that time I learned that thoughts, emotions, and relationships are as crucial to health as diet, exercise, and sleep. Everything is interconnected. This means that if a wellness plan fails to take into consideration the unique aspects of personal life and lifestyle, the effectiveness will be limited as well.

There’s no such thing as “heart health”, “mental health”, or “digestive health” in isolation. Everything – mind, body, and spirit, is interconnected. That is why the Connected Whole Health experience starts with an assessment of your health across seven key pillars. Then together we design a program that aligns with your specific goals and abilities.

Eating isn’t just about calories; it’s information and provides our bodies with the necessary building blocks. Consuming clean, whole foods supports our cellular function and gut microbiome, which is crucial for all aspects of our health, immunity, and overall well-being.

Sleep is a powerful investment in our overall well-being. It not only rejuvenates us but also aids in memory integration, cellular repair, and emotional processing, making us better decision-makers and enhancing our resilience.

Embracing physical activity is a celebration of our body’s capabilities. Regular movement not only enhances mood and sleep but also offers neuroprotective benefits, making every step, dance, or playful moment a contribution to our well-being.

Our thoughts and feelings are interconnected, influencing each other and our bodies in powerful ways. Practices like breathwork, meditation or mindful movement can rebalance our nervous system, enhance mood, reduce anxiety, and boost overall health and well-being.

In our fast paced world, deep social connection can often take a backseat. But when we prioritize in-person interactions and community, it benefits all aspects of our wellbeing.

Everyone needs a purpose, a passion that fuels our souls and brings joy to our daily lives. Whether it’s tending a garden or volunteering, having a purpose, large or small, evolves with us over time and contributes significantly to our happiness and overall health.

From the air we breathe to the food we eat, and the beauty products we apply to our skin, our environment exposes us to various chemicals and toxins that can negatively impact our health. Awareness, active management, and detoxification of these exposures can help maintain our body’s balance so It can function as intended.

FAQs

What if I can’t afford to invest time or money in this program right now?

This is an investment in your personal health and well-being and you are worth that investment. Although I will be here to coach and guide you, your results will depend on the effort that you put in. In order to make my program more affordable I offer the option to pay in two installments – the first payment before we begin and the second at the midpoint before the 7th session. If this is not the right time for you, please feel free to use my online resources to help support you on your journey.

What sort of results can I expect?

Your results will depend on the effort that you put in. Everyone’s situation, goals, and starting points are unique and therefore, it depends on you. If you are willing to take this seriously and put in the effort needed to make the necessary behavior changes, you will reap the benefits.

How much work is going to be involved?

Behavior change is not easy, and that is why some prefer to have a coach to help them along the way. Once you have clarity of your goals and why they matter to you with a true emotional connection, the work becomes much easier. In addition, once you start seeing the impact, the rewards will help propel you forward. You are so much more powerful than you know and nothing feels as good as robust, vibrant health and wellness.

What can I expect in terms of privacy or confidentiality?

Your privacy and confidentiality is of utmost importance to me. Both the data you share and the discussions we have are private and will not be shared unless YOU decide to do so.

How do I know this program will work for me?

There are multiple ways to address health and wellness through my 7 Pillar Plan. I’m sure we can find a way that makes the most sense and works for you. This is not a one-size-fits-all but rather customized health coaching that takes into consideration your goals, starting point, personality, and personal situation. Your individual level of effort and dedication will impact your personal results.

How will this work alongside medical advice I’ve received from a doctor?

Should you have a diagnosis or lifestyle change/recommendations/prescription from your healthcare practitioner, I would be happy to work with you to put them into practice. Where appropriate, I will collaborate with your healthcare practitioner to ensure we have clear goals and a collaborative plan that we can all work towards.

Will you prescribe supplements or medications that I must take?

No. I am not a physician and do not prescribe medications. That said, I may make recommendations regarding supplements that I believe would benefit you. In that case, you would need to discuss such recommendations with your health care provider to ensure they are appropriate and safe for you.

How long will I need health coaching?

That depends on your personal situation, goals, and how much support you need or want along the journey. I typically recommend clients begin with a 6 month program to ensure successful and lasting lifestyle change. My goal is to educate and empower you along the way. Clients are always welcome to sign up for additional coaching if desired.

What if I need more help between scheduled coaching sessions?

Should you have a question regarding our coaching session or plan, I am happy to help clarify so that you are able to move forward. That said, everyone is different and some may prefer to have more support and accountability between coaching sessions. For this reason, you may choose to structure your 12 sessions weekly over 3 months or you can purchase additional WhatsApp support between sessions.

How does Group Coaching work?

For some, change is easier (and more fun!) when done in community. Group coaching provides ongoing peer support and accountability with like minded people pursuing the same health and wellness goals. A community WhatsApp group will be established for your group so that you can share, connect and cheer each other on between coaching sessions.
