In May 2024, I had the honor of training with best-selling author and women’s hormonal health and fasting expert Dr. Mindy Pelz. I am thrilled to announce that I am one of Ontario’s first Fast Like a Girl Certified™ Coaches! This certification equips me to guide you through the unique journey of fasting tailored specifically for women and hormonal health.

A 2019 review article in the New England Journal of Medicine titled “Effects of Intermittent Fasting on Health, Aging, and Disease” highlights the extensive benefits of intermittent fasting.
